PurposeThe purpose of this course is to provide Dynamic Positioning Technical Maintenance training to a standard adequate to fulfil the requirements of the industry and of the various legal bodies and institutions involved. VideoContentThe training will follow the programme as outlined by the manufacturer of the DP system, which follows the recommendations contained in The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) guidelines.
ObjectivesLearn to identify faulty units and exchange these with spares from stock on board and bring the DP system back into operation.
